04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; before this bonus can be used, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Regular deposit balances may be withdrawn at any time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts, changing identity, or placing coordinated bets for the purpose of claiming bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6.3 Changes to VIP Benefits

07 Prohibited Activities and Consequences of Violations

Any of the following actions may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
Operating multiple accounts strategically to earn bonuses.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
Knowingly exploiting any technical error on the platform.
Attempting to access or misuse another user's account.
Applying coordinated betting strategies (arbitrage) against the platform.
